Registration fee typically includes an opening reception, dinner, breakfast, and one additional RSVP lunch option. The fee also includes shuttle transportation to/from the conference hotel.

Submission Guidelines:

1.  Abstract Submission:  Authors should submit and extended Abstract (around 300-500 words), outlining their proposed paper. The Abstract must include the paper's title, author(s) name, affiliation, contact information, and a brief bio.

2.  Paper Format: Following the acceptance of Abstracts, Authors will be requested to submit their full papers in accordance with the Conference guidelines.  The word limit for the full paper should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words, excluding references.

3.  Language:  The official language of the conference is English.  All Abstracts, Paper and Presentations should be in English.

4.  Submission Process:  Abstracts and Papers should be submitted electronically to diana.obeid@cnu.edu   Please adhere to the specified submission deadlines.

5.  Peer Review:  All Abstracts and Papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.

Are there any opportunities for conference papers to be published?

We often publish a selection of top papers from the conference and will provide further details to conference participants.

What are the guidelines for presentations?

All individual presentations should be limited to 20 minutes. This will leave time for
questions from the audience.

We will not accept papers in absentia.

Closer to the conference date, we will send an email to all participants asking for A/V
requirements.

Does the conference organization provide travel grants or financial aid for participants?

In order to participate in this conference, individuals or their sponsoring institution/organization will need to fund their own travel and lodging expenses. We are unable to provide financial assistance.
